| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum rozvoje a současného postavení účetní a auditorské profese v Republice Kazachstán. V této práci se popisuje historie formování účetní a auditorské činnosti v dané zemi a jejich právní regulace. Je kladen důraz zejména na jednotlivé profesní organizace v daných oblastech, jejich funkce a cíle. Nedílnou části této práce je taky zkoumání role harmonizace auditorských a účetních standardů z hlediska působnosti Kazachstánu na mezinárodních trzích. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the research of development and the current position of the accounting and auditing profession in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This work describes the history of the formation of accounting and auditing activities in the country and their legal regulation. Emphasis is placed especially on individual professional organizations in the given areas, their functions and goals. An integral part of this work is also an investigation of the role of harmonization of auditing and accounting standards on the operation of Kazakhstan in international markets. |
