| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje faktory ovlivňující zapojení osob ve věku 55 a více let na trhu práce v letech 2007-2020 v ČR a ve Španělsku. Vyšší zapojení osob ve věku 55 a více let může být jedním z efektivních řešení negativních dopadů stárnutí populace typického pro většinu vyspělých zemí současného světa, a to zejména s ohledem na udržitelnost penzijních systémů. V teoretické části je představen komplexní přehled jednotlivých faktorů majících vliv na míru zaměstnanosti osob starších 55 let identifikovaných v dosavadním výzkumu. Praktická část zkoumá tři vybrané faktory, a to sociální zabezpečení, zdravotní stav starší populace a její terciární vzdělanost. Práce vyhodnocuje platnost následujících hypotéz. Za prvé, růst průměrného důchodu je negativně korelován s mírou zapojení osob ve věku 55 a více let na trhu práce v ČR a ve Španělsku v letech 2007-2020. Za druhé, vyšší úroveň vzdělání je pozitivně korelována se zapojením osob dané věkové kategorie na trhu práce v letech 2007-2020 ve sledovaných zemích. A za třetí, stav zdraví je pozitivně korelován s mírou zapojení osob ve věku 55 a více let na trhu práce. K potvrzení či zamítnutí hypotéz je napříč prací využita literární rešerše a v praktické části komparativní a regresní analýza. Výsledky regresní analýzy v případě ČR potvrzují hypotézu č. 2 a č. 3. V případě Španělska je potvrzena hypotéza č.1 a č. 2. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the factors affecting the participation of people aged 55 and over in the labor market in the Czech Republic and Spain between the years 2007-2020. Increased participation by people aged 55 and over may be one effective solution to the negative effects of the ageing population typical of most advanced countries in the contemporary world, particularly with regard to the sustainability of pension systems. In the theoretical part, a comprehensive overview of the various factors influencing the employment rate of 55 and over identified in past research is presented. The practical part is focused on three selected factors, namely social security, the health of the elderly population and their tertiary education. Based on this research, it evaluates the validity of the following hypotheses. The first, the grow of the average retirement is negatively correlated with the involvement rate of population aged 55 and over in the selected area is examined. The second, higher education is positively correlated with the involvement of people of given age in the studied countries. And the third, health is positively correlated with the involvement of people of given age in the studied countries. Across the work, literary research is used to confirm or reject hypotheses, and in practical terms, comparative and regression analysis. The practical part is documented by charts, which show the progress of selected factors. The results of the regression analysis confirm for Czech Republic hypothesis number 2 and 3. In the case of Spain are confirm hypothesis number 1 and 2. |
