| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představení stavebního spoření v České republice, analýza vývoje stavebního spoření za rok 2019 a 2020 a následná komparace provedených analýz k danému tématu. V první části je popsán vývoj stavebního spoření, vysvětlení na jakém principu stavební spoření funguje a popsání jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen na českém trhu. Praktická část analyzuje, jak se vyvíjely úrokové sazby a objem nových úvěrů v závislosti na průměrné úrokové sazbě ČNB za uplynulé dva roky. Stejná analýza je provedena i pro banky, vždy v závislosti na repo sazbě. A v závěru práce jsou shrnuty jednotlivé analýzy a jejich celkové zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | A goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to introduce the building savings in the Czech Republic, analyzes of the building savings development during the years 2019 and 2020 and the comparison of performed analyzes. In the first part the principles of building saveings are described and the building societies operating on the Czech market are introduced. The average interest rates and volumes of the new secured credits development is studied according to the development of the 14-days CNB repo rate. The same models are estimated for the building societies and the banks and compared between each other. At the end there is a conclusion of the provided empircal analysis. |
