| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na roli statutárního auditu a forenzního šetření. Obsah diplomové práce je rozdělen na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou pojmů a uvedením do problematiky statutárního auditu, podvodného jednání a forenzního šetření. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost porovnání koncepcí statutárního auditu a forenzního šetření. V praktické části je popsáno forenzní šetření a statutární audit u vybrané účetní jednotky. |

| Abstract: | This work focuses on the role of statutory audit and forensic investigation. The content of the diploma thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of concepts and introduction to the issues of statutory audit, fraud and forensic investigation. Last but not least, attention is paid to the comparison of the concepts of statutory audit and forensic investigation. The practical part describes the forensic investigation and statutory audit of a selected entity. |
