| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je kvantifikovat, jaký podíl nákupů od externích dodavatelů prochází přes institut veřejných zakázek u vybraných sektorových zadavatelů v letech 2017 – 2019. V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na právní a ekonomickou podstatu veřejných zakázek s ohledem právě na sektorové veřejné zakázky. V praktické části práce jsem pracovala se získanými daty z Informačního systému o veřejných zakázkách a dále s účetními výkazy z databáze Veřejný rejstřík a Sbírka listin. Závěrem analýzy je, že podíl VZ na dodávky na nákupech od externích subjektů se pohybuje v rozmezí od 6,74 % do 91,97 %, u VZ na služby je to mezi 1,5 % a 36,37 % a u VZ na stavební práce se tato hodnota pohybuje od 2,11 % do 69,33 %. Nejvyšších hodnot dosahuje odvětví poštovních a dopravních služeb, naopak nejnižších odvětví vodárenství. |

| Abstract: | The main object of my bachelor thesis is to quantify the share of purchases from external suppliers passes through the institute of public procurement at selected sectoral contracting authorities in the years 2017 – 2019. In the theoretical part of the thesis I focused on the legal and economic nature of public procurement with regard to sectoral public procurement. In the practical part of the thesis I worked with data obtained from the Information System on Public Procurement and also with financial statements from the database Public register and Collection of documents. The conclusion of the analysis is that the share of public supply contracts for purchases from external entities ranges from 6,74 % to 91,97 %, for public service contracts it is between 1,5 % and 36,37 % and for public works contracts this value ranges from 2,11 % to 69,33 %. The highest values are reached by the postal and transport services sector, while the lowest values are in the water supply sector. |
