| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce je orientována na zkoumání kontrolního systému v oblasti veřejných zakázek. Především se zaměřuje na jeden kontrolní orgán, kterým je ÚOHS. V teoretické části jsem vymezila, jak kontrolní systém v České republice funguje. V praktické části se zabývám otázkou, zda je postup ÚOHS v rámci kontroly veřejných zakázek účinný či nikoliv. Zjistím, kde mají zadavatelé největší problémy s porušováním zákona, a jak na udělené sankce reagují. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor´s thesis focuses on examination of the control system in the field of public procurement, especially it aims at a particular control body, which is the Office. The theoretical part defines how the control system in the Czech Republic works. The practical part deals with the question whether the procedure of the Office within the control of public procurement is effective or not. The objective of this thesis is to find out where the controlling authorities fail to act in accordance with the law and how they respond to the sanctions imposed. |
