| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním a operativním leasingem, jakožto alternativním způsobem financování aktiv. Jádrem práce je vymezení leasingu z účetního hlediska, podle českých účetních standardů, a z hlediska daňového, zejména daně z příjmů a daně z přidané hodnoty, s ohledem na podmínky České republiky. Cílem práce je co nejvíce přiblížit problematiku tak, aby byl čtenář schopen dané poznatky využít v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with financial and operative leases, as an alternative ways of financing assets. The core of the thesis is dedicated to defining leases from accounting point of view with respect to the Czech accounting standards, as well as from a tax point of view, primarily income tax and value added tax, with regards to the Czech legislation. The aim of the work is to introduce the topic, so that a reader can use the theoretical findings in practice. |
