| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze veřejných zakázek ve městě Beroun a Kutná Hora. V první části práce jsou zakázky rozebírány z teoretického hlediska. Vysvětleny jsou základní pojmy, popsány důležité aspekty zakázek a nastíněny nejvýznamnější problémy. V následujících kapitolách jsou zakázky ve městech analyzovány pomocí informací z jednotlivých internetových databází vybranými na základě doporučení příslušných úřadů. Na základě zjištěných skutečností týkajících se zakázek jsou města porovnána. V závěru jsou zahrnuta doporučení pro další zkoumání. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of public procurement in the cities of Beroun and Kutná Hora. In the first part of the work, the public procurement are analyzed from a theoretical point of view. The basic concepts are explaind, important aspects of public procurement are described and the most important issues are outlined. In following chapters the public procurement are analyzed using informations from individual internet databases selected on the basis of recommendations from the relevant authorities. Based on the findings related to public procurement, the cities are compared. Recommendations for further research are included in the conclusion. |
