| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice trendů, momentálně ovlivňujících pojistný trh. Jejím hlavním cílem je komplexní analýza klíčových fenoménů a jejich vzájemného propojení. Úvodní část je věnována legislativním a regulačním změnám a představuje jeden ze základních kamenů celé práce. V následující sekci jsou demonstrovány trendy, které nemají původ v legislativě – vypuknutí pandemie, postupující digitalizace nebo nová rizika. Tyto části dohromady čtenáři poskytují ucelený obrázek tržní situace. U většiny trendů jsou zmíněny praktické dopady a reakce tržních subjektů, doplněné autorovým vlastním pohledem. Práci uzavírá stručná prognóza vývoje pojistného trhu na základě získaných informací. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis introduces the problematics of trends and ongoing changes affecting the insurance industry. The main goal is to provide a complex analysis of the crucial phenomena and their mutual relationships. Opening part deals with legislation and regulatory changes and provides vital to the insurance market and therefore to the thesis. The following section demonstrates key non-legislative trends, such as pandemic, digitalization or new risks. These altogether paint a clear picture of such industry to the reader. Most of these trends are linked with specific impacts on and reactions from different players on the field, mostly with the author’s point of view. Work concludes with a brief prognosis of the insurance industry based on the information gathered. |
