| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem reportingu, s přesahem do oblasti měření výkonnosti podniku, jelikož jsou tyto dvě oblasti úzce propojeny. Teoretická část práce poskytuje nezbytné teoretické poznatky z obou oblastí. Cílem práce je provést analýzu reportingového systému existující společnosti, a na základě zjištěných nedostatků, navrhnout vhodná optimalizační opatření, která přispějí ke zlepšení či již po vizuální nebo vypovídací stránce reportingu. V úvodu aplikační části je podnik představen a následně je provedená analýza jeho stávajícího reportingového systému. Pro lepší přehlednost výsledků práce, jsou dílčí optimalizační řešení součástí provedené analýzy. Zásadním opatřením je věnována samostatná kapitola. Největší nedostatky reportingového systému představuje absence hlavního podnikového rozpočtu, nedostatečná orientace na oblast strategického řízení, chybějící vysvětlující komentáře k reportovaným údajům a v mnoha případech špatně provedená vizualizace dat, což je spjato s nevyužíváním nástrojů Business Intelligence a dashboardů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of reporting with an overlap in the topic of measuring company performance, as these two topics are closely connected. The theoretical part of the thesis provides the necessary theoretical aspects from both topics. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the reporting system of the real company and based on the identified deficiencies to propose appropriate optimization solutions that will contribute to improving either the visual or informative side of reporting. In the introduction of the application part, the company is introduced and then an analysis of its existing reporting system is performed. For better clarity of the work results, partial optimization solutions are part of the performed analysis. The key optimization solutions are in a separate chapter. The biggest deficiencies of the reporting system are the absence of a Master budget, little focus on strategic management, lack of explanatory comments on reported data, and in many cases poorly executed data visualization, which is associated with not using Business Intelligence tools and dashboards. |
