| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím metod a technik finanční analýzy posoudit finanční situaci STRABAG a.s. a porovnat zjištěné výsledky s konkurenčními podniky. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V metodologické části jsou definovány jednotlivé pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. V rámci praktické části je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza, kde jsou odůvodněny podstatné změny položek rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Nedílnou součástí práce je výpočet poměrových ukazatelů a porovnání zjištěných výsledků s konkurencí. Následně na základě dat z výročních zpráv společnosti jsou analyzovány poměrové ukazatele s využitím cash flow. Na závěr bakalářské práce je ohodnoceno finanční zdraví STRABAG a.s. a provedena SWOT analýza. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the financial situation of STRABAG through financial methods and techniques and to compare the results with competitors. The bachelor thesis contains two main parts. The theoretical part defines individual concepts and methods of financial analysis. Horizontal and vertical analysis is performed in practical part, where substantial changes in the items of the balance sheet and income statement are defined. The main part of the thesis is the ratio analysis and the comparison of the results with the competitors. Subsequently, using data from the company's annual reports cash flow ratios are analysed. In conclusion, there are evaluation of the financial health of STRABAG and description the SWOT analysis performed. |
