| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit, který systém podpory filmu prostřednictvím Státního fondu kinematografie je výhodnější pro stát a který pro žadatele o finanční podporu. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol, kde první kapitola obsahuje detailní popis Státního fondu kinematografie, druhá se zaměřuje na vybrané státy, kterými jsou Spojené státy americké, Velká Británie, Německo a Francie, poslední kapitola poté obsahuje komparativní analýzu dotací a filmových pobídek. Výsledkem práce je, že větší výhodnost pro stát představuje systém podpory poskytující filmové pobídky. V případě žadatele o finanční podporu jsou oba systémy stejně výhodné a úplně nejvýhodnější je poté kombinace těchto systémů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find out which system of the film support provided by the National Cinematography Fund is more profitable for the state and which one is more profitable for the applicants applying for the financial support. The thesis consists of three chapters, where the first chapter contains a detailed description of the National Cinematography Fund, the second one focuses on selected countries, which are the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany and France. The last chapter then provides a comparative analysis of subsidies and film incentives. Results are, that the support system providing film incentives is more advantageous for the state but in case of the applicant applying for financial support, both systems are equally advantageous and the combination of those two systems together is the most profitable. |
