| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze situace ve veřejné osobní dopravě Ústeckého kraje. Cílem této práce je identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky ve vztahu k systému veřejné dopravy v České republice. Legislativním a věcným parametrům veřejné dopravy v České republice se věnuje první část práce. Další částí je charakteristika podmínek a dopravní infrastruktury Ústeckého kraje. Zvláštní pozornost je v práci věnována specifické situaci v rámci železniční dopravy Ústeckého kraje s mimořádně velkým počtem dopravců a výhodám a nevýhodám liberalizace v dopravě. Východiskem pro praktickou část, kde byly použity metody analýzy a komparace, byla Koncepce veřejné dopravy České republiky. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení funkčnosti systému veřejné dopravy Ústeckého kraje, na jehož základě jsou navržena doporučení pro jeho možný budoucí vývoj. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the situation in public passenger transport in the Ústí nad Labem region. The aim of this work is to identify the advantages and disadvantages in relation to the public transport system in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis deals with the legislative and factual parameters of public transport in the Czech Republic. The next part contains the characteristics of the conditions and transport infrastructure of the Ústí nad Labem Region. Special attention is paid to the specific situation within the railway transport of the Ústí nad Labem Region where a lot of carriers operate and to the advantages and disadvantages of liberalization in public transport. In the practical part, there were used methods of comparison and analysis, based on the Concept of Public Transport of the Czech Republic as the main resource. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of the functionality of the public transport system in the Ústí nad Labem Region, on the ground of which recommendations for its possible future development are proposed. |
