| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novým zákonem č. 170/2018 Sb., který upravuje distribuci pojištění a zajištění v České republice. Poukazuje na největší změny a jejich dopad na pojistný trh po dni účinnosti. První částí bakalářské práce je rozbor nové právní úpravy, která obsahuje mnoho nových pravidel pro distributory pojištění a zajištění. Po rozboru samotné právní úpravy se zabývá odbornou způsobilostí pro distribuci pojištění a zajištění v České republice, které prošlo značnou změnou. V poslední části se snaží vystihnout dopady na pojistný trh v České republice, především zkvalitnění služeb v oblasti pojišťovnictví. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the latest law Act No. 170/2018 Coll. which adjusts distribution of insurance and reinsurance in Czech Republic. It shows the biggest changes and their impact on insurance market after effective date of this Act. First part of this thesis is analysis of new Act which includes new regulation for distributors of insurance and reinsurance. After the analysis of the Act, it focuses on competence of distribution insurance and reinsurance in Czech Republic, which has changed significantly. In the last part of bachelor thesis, it attempts of impacts on insurance market in Czech Republic, especially improving of the insurance services. |
