| Abstract: | Tato habilitační práce má formu sjednocujícího komentáře k sedmi publikovaným vědeckým pracím spadajícím do oblasti zkoumání rodinných firem. Zastřešujícím tématem práce je vnitroskupinový konflikt v rodinných firmách. Představené publikace jsou členěny do kapitol podle tematické příslušnosti k jednotlivým aspektům konfliktu. První kapitola představuje rámec pro systematizaci konfliktů v rodinné firmě. Druhá kapitola přibližuje výzkum o ženách v rodinných firmách a povahu konfliktů, kterým musí ženy v systému rodinné firmy čelit. Třetí kapitola se věnuje dynamické části konfliktu a výzkumu autora v oblasti prevence a řešení konfliktů. Čtvrtá kapitola pak v rámci kontextu konfliktu odráží heterogenitu forem rodinného podnikání na příkladu firmy vlastněné a řízené více rodinami. Závěrečná část patří shrnutí dosavadní práce autora a nastínění budoucího směřování výzkumu na základě učiněného poznání. |

| Abstract: | This habilitation thesis is a summarizing commentary of seven research papers on family business issues published by the author. The overarching theme of this thesis is conflict. Papers are thus divided into chapters according to the individual aspects of the conflict. The first chapter provides a systematic framework, which is then applied to the rest of the work. The second chapter presents the research on women in family businesses and the nature of the conflict they face in the family business system. The third chapter is dedicated to the dynamic of the conflict and the author's research in conflict prevention and resolution. The fourth chapter then reflects the heterogeneity of forms of family business within the context of the conflict. The final part provides a summary and outlines the directions for future research. |
