| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce hodnotí finanční zdraví společnosti Lagermax spedice a logistika s.r.o. za pomocí finanční analýzy a posuzuje její vnitřní a vnější potenciál skrze strategickou analýzu. Metodická část se zabývá popisem použitých metod. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, je v ní obsažena finanční analýza, vyhodnocení bonity podniku, srovnání výsledků s konkurenčními podniky a strategická analýza. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky provedených analýz. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis evaluates financial stability of Lagermax spedice a logistika s.r.o. using financial analysis. It also assesses internal and external potential through strategic analysis. The theoretical part consists of various descriptions of used methods. The practical part is divided into two chapters. Firstly, the company´s financial analysis, creditworthiness, and comparison with competitors and secondly, strategic analysis. In conclusion, all results of conducted analyses are summarised. |
