| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení dopadů obnovy Chrámu chmele a piva v Žatci na vybrané ukazatele socioekonomického rozvoje včetně hodnocení kulturních a environmentálních aspektů, za období 2011-2020. Dále práce obsahuje vyhodnocení poznatků, konzultované s ředitelem Chrámu chmele a piva a přenesení doporučení, které by směřovaly k vyššímu rozvoji cestovního ruchu ve městě. Teoretická část práce zasazuje téma do kontextu regionálních teorií, definuje cestovní ruch a jeho pozitivní a negativní vlivy. Konkrétně vlivy ekonomické, socio-kulturní a environmentální. Je zde uvedena také charakteristika Evropských dotací a Památkového zákona s odkazem na danou legislativu. Na závěr teoretické části je charakterizováno město Žatec s jeho okolními atraktivitami a Chrám chmele a piva, na které se praktická část zaměřuje. Praktická část je zakončena návrhy a doporučeními adresovanými obci Žatec a Chrámu chmele a piva v této obci, které by přispěly k vyšší atraktivitě a propagaci místa, a to hlavně po skončení koronavirové krize. Proto je nutné v praktické části brát ohled i na aktuální ekonomickou situaci a opatření týkající se uzavření památek. Za hlavní přínos mé práce považuji, že uvedená doporučení a návrhy lze využít pro zobecnění a shrnutí analýzy cestovního ruchu v Chrámu chmele a piva a ve městě Žatec, v konkurenci s ostatními městy okolních obcí s rozšířenou působností. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s thesis aims to evaluate the impacts of the restoration of the Temple of Hops and Beer in Zatec on selected indicators of socio-economic development, including the evaluation of cultural and environmental aspects, for the period 2011-2020. Furthermore, the work contains an evaluation of knowledge, consulted with the director of the Temple of Hops and Beer and the transfer of recommendations that would lead to higher development of tourism in the city. The theoretical part of the thesis places the topic in the context of regional theories, defines tourism and its positive and negative effects. Specifically, economic, socio-cultural and environmental influences. There is also a description of European subsidies and the Monument Act with reference to the legislation. At the end of the theoretical part, the town of Zatec is characterized with its surrounding attractions and the Temple of Hops and Beer, on which the practical part focuses. The practical part ends with suggestions and recommendations addressed to the village of Zatec and the Temple of Hops and Beer in this village, which would contribute to greater attractiveness and promotion of the place, especially after the end of the coronavirus crisis. Therefore, it is necessary in the practical part to take into account the current economic situation and measures related to the closure of monuments. I consider the main contribution of my work that the above recommendations and suggestions can be used to generalize and summarize the analysis of tourism in the Temple of Hops and Beer and in the town of Zatec, in competition with other towns of surrounding municipalities with extended powers. |
