| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nastavení proticyklické kapitálové rezervy ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Představuje makroobezřetnostní politiku, která využívá proticyklickou kapitálovou rezervu pro zajištění jednoho z cílů makroobezřetnostní politiky, finanční stability finančního systému. Dále se práce zaměřuje na vliv aktuální koronavirové pandemie na nastavení hodnot sazby proticyklické kapitálové rezervy a na přístupy vybraných členských států Evropské unie k řízení těchto sazeb. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of setting up a countercyclical capital buffer in selected countries of the European Union. The first chapter presents a macroprudential policy that is using the countercyclical capital buffer to reach one of the objectives of macroprudential policy, the financial stability of the financial system. In the last chapter, this work focuses on the impact of the current coronavirus pandemic on the setting of countercyclical capital buffer rate and on the approaches of individual member states of the European Union to managing these rates. |
