| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzování současné kalkulace nákladů ve vybraném podniku, kriticky ji zhodnotit a navrhnout optimalizaci jejího výpočtu. Ke splnění vytyčeného cíle mi pomohly především dvě metody, literární rešerše a rozhovory s řídícími zaměstnanci ve zvoleném podniku. Navrhl jsem optimalizaci při sestavování kalkulačního vzorce na úrovni variabilních nákladů. Výsledky této práce poskytují vedoucím pracovníkům data odpovídající jejich požadavkům. Na základě těchto informací jsou tak schopni efektivně činit důležitá manažerská rozhodnutí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current costing of costs in the selected company, evaluate it critically and propose the optimization of its calculation. Two methods, literary research, and interviews with managers in the selected company, helped me to achieve the set goal. I proposed an optimization when compiling a costing formula at the level of variable costs. Results of this work provide managers with data corresponding to their requirements. Based on this information, they are able to effectively make important managerial decisions. |
