| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat rozpočet města Žatec z pohledu rovnosti žen a mužů. V první části práce byly vymezeny základní pojmy související s tématem genderového rozpočtování a současně charakterizována problematika genderové nerovnosti mezi pohlavími. Dále byl popsán historický vývoj genderového rozpočtování v Evropské Unii se zaměřením na vybrané státy. Druhá část práce byla věnována jednotlivým postupům a nástrojům používaných při aplikaci genderového rozpočtování. V závěru této kapitoly byl také prezentován jeden z provedených výzkumů na území ČR. Třetí část práce spočívala v provedení genderové analýzy rozpočtu města Žatec. Analýza byla provedena na základě metod popsaných ve druhé části práce. Výsledek analýzy ukázal na velký podíl neutrálních výdajů a zároveň na nepoměr ve prospěch žen. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the budget of the city of Žatec from the perspective of equality between women and men. In the first part of the thesis, the basic concepts related to the topic of gender budgeting were defined and at the same time the issue of gender inequality between the sexes was characterized. Furthermore, the historical development of gender budgeting in the European Union was described with a focus on selected countries. The second part of the work was devoted to individual procedures and tools used in the application of gender budgeting. At the end of this chapter, one of the researches conducted in the Czech Republic was also presented. The third part of the work consisted in applying a gender analysis of the budget on the city of Žatec. The analysis was based on the methods described in the second part of the work. The result of the analysis showed a large share of neutral expenditures and at the same time a disproportion in favour of women. |
