| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví a situaci stavební firmy Porr a.s. v letech 2015–2019 za pomoci podrobné finanční analýzy. Na základě analýzy je poté firma porovnávána s vybranými konkurenty ve stejném odvětví a na závěr se podíváme na budoucí vývoj této společnosti v roce 2020. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První část je věnována teoretickému bloku, kde se popisují různý ukazatelé, postupy a metody, které využijeme ve druhé části. Druhá část, praktická, se zabývá aplikací právě těchto poměrových či absolutních ukazatelů a analyzujeme firmu pomocí postupů, vysvětlené v teoretické části. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to conclude the finacial health and situation of my selected construction company Porr, a.s., in the years 2015-2019 using detailed financial analysis. Outcomes will be then used in comparison between competitors in the same industry and we will also look into a near future development of the company. This work is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to a theoretical block, where we will describe all the indicators and methods, which will be used in the second part. Second part, practical, is about application of these absolute or ratio indicators and also methods described in the first parts. |
