| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá přezkoumáním hospodaření krajů. Hlavním jejím cílem je analýza a porovnání výsledků přezkoumání hospodaření za rok 2018 a 2019. Dalším cílem práce je seznámení veřejnosti s obsahem, závěry a výhodami, které přezkoumání hospodaření přináší. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část se zabývá vymezením veřejného sektoru a současné územní samosprávy v České republice se zaměřením na kraje. Další část popisuje právní úpravu hospodaření a účetnictví územních samosprávných celků, tedy vybraných účetních jednotek. Poslední část se zabývá přezkoumáním hospodaření, konkrétně analýzou výsledků přezkoumání hospodaření krajů a shrnutí zjištěných chyb a nedostatků. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení výsledků analýzy a důležitosti přezkoumání hospodaření jako nástroje finanční kontroly ve veřejné správě. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial control of regions in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse the results of controls in year 2018 and 2019. Next aim is to introduce the content, conclusions, and benefits of this control to the public. The thesis consists of the three parts. The first one focuses on the public sector in the Czech Republic with the emphasis on regions. The second part describes the present legislature regarding economic operations and accounting of regional self-government units. The last part analyses the results of controls and summarises discovered flaws and deficiencies. As a conclusion, the thesis contains evaluation of analysis results and the importance of the financial control in the public administration. |
