| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá přeshraničními fúzemi kapitálových korporací v letech 2010 až 2020 a jejich vlivem na finanční situaci vybraných subjektů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část analytickou. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny základní informace týkající se fúzí, jako je například členění fúzí, motivy k uskutečnění fúze nebo obchodněprávní a účetní úprava fúzí. U vzorku nástupnických společností jsou vypočteny vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, jež jsou podrobeny dalšímu zkoumání z hlediska vlivu realizace přeshraniční fúze. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a je zhodnocen možný vliv přeshraniční fúze na ekonomické ukazatele. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with cross-border mergers of business corporations realized between 2010 – 2020 and their influence on financial situation of chosen subjects. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts which are theoretical part and analytical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is basic information related to mergers such as division of mergers, motives for mergers or commercial and accounting laws. Selected indicators of financial analysis are calculated on sample of acquiring companies and effect of cross-border merger is examined. In the final part of this thesis are summarize all results and evaluate the possible impact of the cross-border merger on economic indicators. |
