| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce „Ocenění podniku společnosti Pivo Hostivar, a.s.“ je stanovit objektivizovanou hodnotu podniku společnosti Pivo Hostivar, a.s. k datu ocenění 31.12.2019. Po úvodním představení oceňovaného podniku je provedena finanční analýza a následná strategická analýza pro jednotlivé relevantní trhy podniku. Závěrem těchto analýz je dodržení principu going-concern. Důraz je také kladen na odůvodnění volby tempa růstu pro 2. fázi ocenění. Vyčleněný provozně nenutný majetek podniku – podíl na pivovaru Pivovar SPOJOVNA a.s., a dále pak provozně nenutný majetek podniku Pivovar SPOJOVNA a.s. – podíl na pivovaru Pivovar Trautenberk, a.s. jsou oceněny ve zvláštních přílohách. Ocenění podniku podniku Pivo Hostivar, a.s. je provedeno dvěma metodami. Primárně je zvolena výnosová metoda DCF APV, doplňkově je podnik oceněn metodou odvětvových multiplikátorů. V závěru práce je zdůvodněna volba výsledné hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis named „Business valuation of Pivo Hostivar a.s.“ is to make business valuation of company Pivo Hostivar a.s. to the date of valuation 31.12.2019. After a brief presentation of the valued company, the financial and strategic analysis for each relevant market of the valued company is performed. The conclusion of these analysis is the compliance of the going-concern principle. The reasonable growth rate for the second stage of the valuation is justified. The value of set aside asset of the valued company – share of the company Pivovar Spojovna, a.s., so as the value of set aside asset of the company Pivovar Spojovna, a.s. – share of the company Pivovar Trautenberk, a.s., are determined in the separate attachments of the diploma thesis. The valuation of the company Pivo Hostivar, a.s. is performed using the DCF APV method. In addition, the industry multiplier method is used. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, the final value is justified. |
