| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vědou a publikační činností na vysokých školách – hodnocení vědeckých článků, problém tzv. predátorských časopisů, jaké žebříčky univerzit existují, podle čeho se školy hodnotí a podle čeho by se potenciálně mohly hodnotit. Pro zjištění výkonnosti – co se týče scopusových a impaktovaných článků – byla zvolena Fakulta financí a účetnictví v porovnání s celou Vysokou školou ekonomickou v Praze. Pro zjištění kvality vědeckých článků bylo nastaveno bodové skóre podle hodnocení z databází Web of Science a Scopus. Fakulta financí a účetnictví je v publikování v roce 2020 podle bodového skóre těsně pod průměrem Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with science and publishing activities at universities – evaluation of scientific articles, the problem of so-called predatory journals, what university rankings exist, according to which schools are evaluated and according to which they could potentially be evaluated. To determine the performance – in terms of scopus and impacted articles – the Faculty of Finance and Accounting was chosen in comparison with the entire Prague University of Economics and Business. To determine the quality of scientific articles, scores were set according to evaluations from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. According to the score, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting in publication in 2020 is just below the average of the Prague University of Economics and Business. |
