| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: obsahem první, teoretické části práce, je rešerše současné anglicky, česky a slovensky psané literatury týkající se problematiky plánování a rozpočtování podnikových cílů. Druhá část práce je orientovaná prakticky – autor zde analyzuje podstatné atributy systému plánů a rozpočtů farmaceutické společnosti a jeho vliv na kvalitu podnikového řízení. Součástí praktické části diplomové práce je i porovnání zjištěných teoretických poznatků s reálně využívaným systémem plánů a rozpočtů v podnikové praxi, s cílem identifikovat silné a slabé stránky systému plánů a rozpočtů v nadnárodní korporaci. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is divided into two main parts: the first, theoretical part of the diploma thesis is a literary analysis of current English, Czech and Slovak written literature related to problematics of corporate goals planning and budgeting. The second part of the thesis is practically oriented – the author analyzes important attributes of the plans and budgets system of a pharmaceutical company and its influence on the quality of corporate management. The practical part of the thesis also offers comparisons between theoretical knowledge and the actually used plan and budget system of the multinational company, in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of this system. |
