| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovou incidencí v souvislosti se snížením sazby DPH ve stravovacích službách v České republice. Cílem je zanalyzovat dopad snížení sazby daně na poskytovatele stravovacích služeb a jejich zákazníky. Výsledkem analýzy je, že většina restaurací na daňovou reformu nereagovala – nesnížila své ceny, příp. je snížila jen velmi málo. Reformu restaurace spíše využily ve svůj prospěch a zvýšily tím své tržby. Na zákazníky snížení sazby DPH tedy nemělo žádný vliv. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the tax incidence depending on the VAT rate reduction in restaurant and catering services in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyze the impact of VAT rate reduction on restaurants and their customers. The result of the analysis is that most restaurants did not respond to the tax reform (did not reduce their prices), or they have reduced them very little. The restaurants used the reform to increase their revenues. The reduction of VAT rate therefore had no effect on customers. |
