| Abstract: | Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční stav společnosti Jemča a.s. (dále jen Jemča) v období mezi roky 2014 až 2019. Svoji práci zahájím obecnými informacemi o balírně čaje Jemča a.s., dále navážu historií společnosti a představím vybrané konkurenty. Popíšu metody vybrané pro finanční analýzu společnosti a definuji ukazatele. Ve své analýze použiji jako základní prvky vertikální a horizontální analýzu. Dalším prvkem mé práce bude srovnání Jemči s vybranými konkurenty pomocí poměrových ukazatelů. Posledním prvkem analýzy bude srovnání pomocí modelů. Práci zakončím shrnutím dosažených výsledků o finančním stavu společnosti Jemča a.s. Pokusím se odhalit možné nedostatky firmy, ve kterých zaostává za konkurencí a nastíním případná východiska. |

| Abstract: | The content of my bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of Jemča a.s. (hereinafter referred to as Jemča) in the period between 2014 and 2019. I will start my work with general information about the tea packer Jemča, further continue the company's history and introduce selected competitors. I will describe the methods selected for the financial analysis of the company and define the indicators. In my analysis, I will use vertical and horizontal analysis as the basic elements. Another element of my work will be the comparison of Jemča with selected competitors using ratio indicators. The last element of the analysis will be comparison using models. I will conclude the work by summarizing the results achieved on the financial condition of Jemča. I will try to identify possible shortcomings of the company, in which it lags behind the competition and outline possible starting points. |
