| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o zrušení kapitálové společnosti bez právního nástupce a o procesu likvidace v České republice se zaměřením na oblast účetnictví a účetního výkaznictví. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní právní předpisy, které upravují proces zrušení a následný zánik společnosti. Je definována osoba likvidátora, jeho povinnosti a odměna. Podstatná část práce je věnována účetnímu řešení kroků, které je nutné podstoupit před započetím, během a při ukončení likvidačního procesu. V praktické části je demonstrován proces likvidace na příkladu konkrétní společnosti. Na konci práce je provedeno zhodnocení průběhu likvidace dané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with a dissolution of a capital company without a legal successor and liquidation of a company in the Czech Republic in the terms of accounting and financial reporting. The theoretical part of thesis determines legal regulations that regulate the winding up of a company. A liquidator is appointed to administer the liquidation of a company. This part describes the liquidator´s responsibilities and includes information about a remuneration. The practical part demonstrates the liquidation on the example of a specific capital company. |
