| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ziskovost zákazníků a alokaci nákladů. Představuje vybraný podnik, jeho reporting a výkaz zisku a ztráty využívaný controllingovým oddělením, jehož struktura je totožná se strukturou ziskovosti zákazníků. Popisuje strukturu reportu ziskovosti zákazníků, alokace nákladů, procesu zpracování a zobrazení pro konečné uživatele ve stavu před i po implementací nových systémů. V obou jednotlivých částech dochází ke zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on customer profitability and cost allocation. It represents the selected company, its reporting and profit and loss statement using the controlling department, the structure which is the same as the structure of customer profitability. It describes the structure of the customer profitability report, cost allocation, process processing and display for end users in the state before and after the implementation of the new systems. In both individual parts, there will be created an evaluation of strengths and weaknesses. |
