| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace a ICT v zemědělství a jejich vlivu na dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy a lidské zdroje. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a jak se změnilo podnikatelské chování subjektů v oblasti zemědělství v návaznosti na digitalizaci a využívání ICT na území MAS Železnohorský region v oblasti odběratelsko-dodavatelských vztahů, lidských zdrojů a technologií. Z empirického šetření vyplynulo, že se podnikatelské chování subjektů nezměnilo. Digitální technologie využívá pouze 25 % respondentů – jedná se zejména o technologie aplikace správy farem v kombinaci se senzory. Dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy se změnily pouze vlivem ICT, a to pouze kvantitativně, nikoli kvalitativně. V oblasti lidských zdrojů také nebyly zjištěny zásadnější změny v chování subjektů. Digitální technologie totiž příliš neovlivňují počet zaměstnanců ani přístup respondentů k proškolování ani nábor nových pracovníků. Hlavním přínosem práce je identifikace úrovně digitalizace na území této MAS, která je relativně nízká. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on digitalization and ICT in agriculture sector and their influence on supplier-costumer relations and human resources. The aim of this paper is to find out whether the business behaviour of the subjects in agricultural sector in Železnohorský Region has changed as a result of digitalization and use of ICT, and if so, how. As emerged from the empirical research, the business behaviour has not changed. The digital technologies are being used only by 25 % of the respondents – it applies to the farm management application technology along with sensors. Supplier-costumer relations have only changed quantitatively under influence of ICT, not qualitatively. There was not found any significant change in the enterprises` behaviour in the human resource area. Digital technologies do not have any significant influence on number of employees, nor approach to training and recruitment. The main contribution of this work is the identification of the relatively low level of digitalization in the territory of the LAG. |
