| Abstract: | V průběhu finančního auditu musí auditor zpracovávat nemalé množství dat, a to jak co do množství souborů, tak co do jejich obsáhlosti. Auditoři proto musí hledat účelná řešení, jak data co nejlépe spravovat a analyzovat. Finanční audit je opakující se proces, který se meziročně ve většině případů příliš nemění; díky tomu je možné částečně ho optimalizovat, automatizovat, a tím šetřit čas. Tato práce se zaměřuje obecně na audit a jeho průběh. Následně jsou v práci popsány tři nástroje, které může auditor při práci s daty použít. Jde o CaseWare, který je používán pro správu auditorského spisu, Microsoft Excel s využitím funkcí Power Query a VBA a nakonec nástroj ACL analytics. |

| Abstract: | During the financial audit, the auditor must process big amounts, a lot of separate files, and files containing thousands of rows of data. Because of that auditors have to look for ways to process and analyze this data effectively. A financial audit is a recurring process, which does not change a lot from year to year, hence it is possible to partly automate and optimize work and save time. The beginning of the theses is dedicated to general audit understanding and description of the process of a financial audit. The practical part of the theses describes three tools which auditor might use for work with data. The first tool is CaseWare, which is used to manage documentation of audit, other two tools are Microsoft Excel with the usage of Power Query and VBA, and lastly, ACL analytics both of which are used to analyze the data. |
