| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá švarcsystémem a vlivem jeho nadužívání na výši inkasa daně z příjmů fyzických osob v roce 2018. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. První pojednává o dani z příjmů fyzických osob se zaměřením na závislou a samostatnou činnost, druhá hlouběji rozebírá problematiku švarcsystému. V praktické části, která je třetí kapitolou práce, je na základě výpočtu množství podnikatelů zaměstnaných formou švarcsystém ve vybraných odvětvích a rozdílného daňového zatížení příjmu zaměstnanců a osob samostatně výdělečně činných odhadnutá výše neodvedené daně. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the svarcsystem and the impact of its overuse on the amount of personal income tax collection in 2018. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first one deals with personal income tax with a focus on dependent and independent activity, the second one discusses the issue of the svarcsystem in detail. In the practical part, which is the third chapter of the thesis, based on the calculation of the number of entrepreneurs employed in the form of svarcsystem in selected sectors and the different tax burden on the income of employees and self-employed persons, the amount of unpaid tax is estimated. |
