| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění spravedlivé hodnoty společnosti MADETA a.s., přičemž datum ocenění je zvoleno 31. 12. 2019. Před samotným oceněním jsem provedla finanční a strategickou analýzu, kdy jsem zjišťovala, zda je dodržen going concern princip. Na základě výsledků těchto dvou analýz jsem stanovila generátory hodnoty a sestavila finanční plán pro období 2020 až 2024. Zvolila jsem si hlavní metodu ocenění výnosovou metodu DCF equity a stanovila náklady vlastního kapitálu. Kromě ocenění DCF equity jsem pro ocenění zvolila doplňkové metody, konkrétně ocenění tržním porovnáním a ocenění na základě účetních hodnot. V závěru jsem výsledné hodnoty jednotlivých metod porovnala a zhodnotila. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the equitable value of the company MADETA a.s., while the valuation date is chosen on December 31, 2019. Before the valuation itself, I performed a financial and strategic analysis to determine whether the going concern principle is observed. Based on the results of these two analyses, I determined the value generators and compiled a financial plan for the period 2020 to 2024. I chose the main method of valuing the DCF equity's income method and determined the cost of equity. In addition to valuing the DCF equity, I chose additional methods for valuation, namely valuation by market comparison and valuation based on book values. In the end, I compared and evaluated the resulting values of individual methods. |
