| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku zrušení obchodní společnosti bez právního nástupce v České Republice. Likvidace obchodní společnosti je rozebraná z právního, účetního a daňového pohledu. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje statistické údaje, které popisují skutečnou situaci v České Republice a také analýzu procesu likvidace vybraných společnosti. Současně s tím je učiněn pokus o zjištění důvodů, které vedli statutární orgán společnosti k rozhodnutí ozrušení společnosti s likvidace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of dissolution of a company without a legal successor in the Czech Republic. The liquidation of the company is analyzed from a legal, accounting and tax perspective. The practical part of the thesis contains statistical data that describes the real situation in the Czech Republic and also an analysis of the liquidation process of selected companies. There is also an attempt to determine the reasons that led the statutory authority of the company to the decision of dissolving the company with liquidation. |
