| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl zmapovat trh s uměním a nabídnout ho jako alternativní investiční příležitost. V první části jsou popsány specifické vlastnosti uměleckých předmětů, ukázány výhody, nevýhody a také neefektivnosti, se kterými se trh s uměním pojí. Dále se práce zaobírá tržními neefektivnostmi a také poukazuje na trendy, se kterými se investor na trhu s uměním může setkat. V závěru se bakalářská práce snaží zjistit, proč kupující na trh s uměním vstupují, jak svoji investici oceňují, zda na ní následně profitují a jakým rizikům jsou vystaveni. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aims to map the art market and offer it as an alternative investment opportunity. The first part describes the specific characteristics of art objects, shows the advantages, disadvantages and inefficiencies associated with the art market. Furthermore, the paper discusses the market inefficiencies and also tries to illustrate the trends that an investor will encounter in the art market. Finally, the thesis seeks to determine why buyers enter the art market, how they value their investment, whether they subsequently profit from it and what risks they are exposed to. |
