| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění tržní hodnoty jedné akcie společnosti Avast plc metodou tržního porovnání. Na začátku představuji společnost a její specifika, následně provádím finanční a strategickou analýzu s důrazem na porovnání s konkurencí. Na jejich základě ověřuji splnění tzv. going concern předpokladu a přistupuji k ocenění metodou srovnatelných podniků. Nakonec porovnávám zjištěnou hodnotu s aktuální tržní cenou akcie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master thesis is to determine the market value of a single stock of Avast plc using a relative valuation method. Firstly, I describe the company and its specifics, then I conduct financial and strategic analysis with emphasis on peer comparison. Based on them, I verify the going concern assumption and I do the relative valuation of the company using the peer comparison method. Lastly, I compare the results with the current market price of the stock. |
