| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví a stability společnosti TV Nova s.r.o. v letech 2015–2019. Práce je zpracována z pohledu investora. Úvod práce se týká teorie finanční analýzy, představení společnosti a konkurence. Dále je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty a výpočet poměrových ukazatelů. Následuje bonitní a bankrotní model pro náčrt budoucího vývoje. Kapitoly jsou kombinací metodické a praktické části. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky a je vyhodnocena finanční pozice společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health and stability of the company TV Nova s.r.o. during the years 2015-2019. The thesis is processed from the perspective of the investor. The introductory part of the thesis is dedicated to theory of financial analysis and introduction the company and its competition. Then is demonstrated the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, followed by calculation of proportional indicators. Then there were listed the creditworthiness and bankruptcy models that are used to predict future evolution. The chapters are a combination of methodical and practical part. In the end of this thesis the obtained results are summarized and the financial position of the company is evaluated. |
