| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je určit, jaká měla opatření zavedená v digitálních mediálních agenturách během "koronakrize" od března roku 2020 vliv na efektivitu týmů v těchto agenturách. Hlavním podkladem pro výzkum je dotazníkové šetření v agentuře Adexpres a jejích sesterských agenturách. To je doplněno o rozbor krizových opatření zavedených managementem. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a identifikace klíčových oblastí jsou vydána doporučení pro případnou budoucí krizi podobného charakteru. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is to find out how did the measures implemented in digital media agencies following the Covid-19 outbreak in march 2020 influence team efficiency in said agencies. The main part of the conducted research is a survey distributed within the Adexpres media agency and its sister agencies. This is accompanied by an analysis of the anti-crisis measures adopted by the management. Based on the survey results and also on the identification of key areas of focus, reccomendations for avertion of a possible future crisis are introduced. |
