| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výsledků voleb do zastupitelstev krajů České republiky v roce 2020, ~čemuž využívá metody teorie her. K vyhodnocení výsledků jsou použity dva nejčastěji používané indexy síly, tedy Shapleyův-Shubikův index síly a Banzhafův index síly. Dále jsou porovnány skutečně vzniklé většinové koalice s koalicemi, které vycházejí z teorie formování koalic. Druhou částí je využití výsledků voleb do zastupitelstev krajů k odhadu celostátních preferencí, což může být jistou alternativou k předvolebním průzkumům. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the results of election to the regional assembly of the Czech Republic in 2020, using the methods of game theory. The two most frequently used force indices are used to evaluate the results, i.e. the Shapley-Shubik force index and the Banzhaf force index. Furthermore, the actual majority coalitions are compared with coalitions that are based on the theory of coalition formation. The second part is the use of the results of election to regional assembly to estimate national preferences, which can be a certain alternative to pre-election surveys. |
