| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací dávek pro rodiny s dětmi ve třech členských státech Evropské Unie – České republice, Německu a Rakousku. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou vybrané dávky pro rodiny s dětmi shodné napříč třemi zkoumanými státy z hlediska určitých kritérií. Další otázkou je, zda jsou dávky upravené v jednom státě, zakotvené i v právní úpravě ostatních zkoumaných států. V práci dochází k charakteristice systémů sociálního zabezpečení v jednotlivých státech, výčtu pramenů práva pro danou oblast, analýze konkrétních dávek a následné komparaci a zhodnocení podobnosti dávek. V závěru práce dochází také k návrhům de lege ferenda v oblasti dávek pro rodiny s dětmi pro Českou republiku na základě inspirace v ostatních zkoumaných státech. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of benefits for families with children in three European Union member states – The Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the selected benefits are the same across the three examined countries in terms of certain criteria. Another question is whether the benefits, regulated in one state, are also embedded in the legislation of the other countries under study. This thesis contains detailed characteristics of the social security systems in each country, listing the sources of law for this specific area, analysing specific benefits and then comparing and assessing the similarity of benefits. This thesis also concludes with de lege ferenda proposals in the area of benefits for families with children for the Czech Republic based on inspiration from other countries studied. |
