| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na studii právní úpravy ochrany spotřebitele v Itálii a její srovnání s právní úpravou českou. Předmětem srovnání jsou konkrétní ustanovení právních norem v obou zemích, celková úroveň právní ochrany, kterou obě úpravy poskytují, soudržnost, přehlednost a srozumitelnost právní úpravy a kvalita implementace evropských směrnic. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol z oblasti ochrany spotřebitele - definice, vzdělávání, reklama, poskytování informací, spotřebitelské smlouvy, bezpečnost a kvalita výrobků a sdružení spotřebitelů. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení na změny české právní úpravy na základě inspirace úpravou italskou. |

| Abstract: | The thesis defines consumer protection law in the Czech Republic and compares it with italian law. The subject of this comparison is the substance of the law clauses but also the overall level of legal protection, consistency, system and comprehensibility of the laws and quality of european directives implementation. The thesis is divided into chapters - definitions, information, advertising, consumer contracts, safety and quality of products and consumer associations. In the conclusion some potential changes that could be made to czech system, based on good experience in Italy, are suggested. |
