| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu optimalizace tiskového prostředí ve společnosti za využití na trhu dostupných specializovaných tiskových systémů. V dnešní době se téměř žádná společnost neobejde bez výpočetní techniky a rozsáhlé IT infrastruktury. Trendem je co největší využití cloud computingu vedoucí k redukci fyzických serverů, nižší nákladovosti a škálovatelnosti samotných softwarových produktů. Nicméně oblast tiskových zařízení a tiskového prostředí je spíše konzervativní téma, často opomíjené a nevyužité. Cílem práce je představit možnosti i pro tuto oblast. Teoretická část je podpořena praktickou částí tvořenou z dotazníkového šetření a případové studie. V rámci dotazníkového šetření je cílem zjistit současné uživatelské chování. Případová studie posléze představuje samotný proces optimalizace a výsledky plynoucí z nasazení tiskového systému na konkrétním příkladu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of optimizing the printing environment in the company using specialized printing systems available on the market. Nowadays, almost no company can do their business without computer technology and extensive IT infrastructure. The trend is to make the most of cloud computing, leading to a reduction in physical servers, lower costs and scalability of the software products themselves. However, the field of printing equipment and the printing environment is rather a conservative topic, often neglected and unused. The aim of the work is to present the possibilities for this area as well. The theoretical part is supported by a practical part consisting of a questionnaire survey and a case study. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out the current user behavior. The case study then presents the optimization process itself and the results of deploying a printing system on a specific example. |
