| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá potenciálem úspěšnosti nově vznikajícího podniku. Jedná se o podnik poskytující služby v oblasti vzdělávání žáků základních, středních i vysokých škol v matematice. Cílem práce je definovat cílovou skupinu zákazníků, kteří by měli zájem o vzdělávací služby a stanovit marketingovou strategii nově vznikající společnosti. Pro vyhodnocení cíle je na základě teoretických východisek uveden výzkum, který přináší segmentaci trhu a vyplývá z něj cílová skupina zákazníků. Výzkum společně s analýzami trhu a prostředí pokládá základní pilíř pro tvorbu marketingové strategie. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the potential success of a newly emerging company. Company providing educational services for primary, secondary and university students in mathematics. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to define the target group of customers who would be interested in educational services and to deter-mine the marketing strategy of a newly emerging company. Literary research and marketing research helped to evaluate the goal. The research brings market seg-mentation and results in the target group of customers. Research, together with market and environmental analyzes, lays the foundation for the creation of a mar-keting strategy. |
