| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením kapitálové struktury Adélka a.s. Cílem je zkoumání vývoje struktury kapitálu dané společnosti během let 2014 až 2018, její porovnání s hodnotami v odvětví a konkurenční společností Lapek a.s. Pomocí uka-zatelů finanční analýzy je také posouzen vztah majetkové a kapitálové struktury, finanční stabilita podniku a vliv využití cizích zdrojů na zvýšení rentability vlastního kapitálu. Logaritmickým rozkladem rentability vlastního kapitálu je zkoumán dopad dílčích činitelů rozkladu ROE, zejména vliv ziskového účinku finanční páky. Je konstatováno, že zkoumaná společnost preferuje vlastní kapitál, příliš nevyužívá dluhový způsob financování. Strukturou kapitálu se výrazně liší od odvětví i konku-rence. S návazností na teoretická východiska je potvrzena spíše teorie hierarchického pořádku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on capital structure of Adélka a.s. The aim is to evaluate the capital structure development of the company during the years 2014 to 2018, its comparison with the values in the industry and the competitor Lapek a.s. The financial analysis indicators assess the relationship between the property and capital structure, the financial stability of the company and the impact of the use of external resources on increasing the return on equity. The logarithmic decomposition of return on equity examines the impact of partial factors of ROE decomposition, especially the effect of the profit effect of leverage. It is stated that the surveyed company prefers equity, does not use much debt method of financing. The structure of capital differs significantly from industry and competition. Following the theoretical basis, the theory of hierarchical order is confirmed. |
