Na základě právní úpravy podnikání v České republice rozhodnout, zda je pro začínající podnikatele v oboru pohostinství vhodné spolupracovat s franšízorem a aplikovat jeho koncept podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of my thesis is to characterize the concept of business cooperation between two independent subjects based on franchise contract. Based on the analysis of the legal regulations of business in the Czech republic decide whether is this kind of cooperation ideal for new entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector. |
