| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce řeší experimentální studie manažerského rozhodování. Cílem práce bylo dle vzoru experimentů popsaných v odborné literatuře navrhnout vlastní experiment, realizovat jej na skupině experimentálních osob a výsledky takového experimentu vyhodnotit, případně srovnat s výsledky popsanými v literatuře. V průběhu řešení těchto úkolů byl cíl – vzhledem k pandemické situaci v České republice – omezen pouze na experimenty, které lze realizovat prostřednictvím webové aplikace. Průzkum byl založen na otázkách týkajících se rozhodování za rizika a nejistoty. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření u 79 respondentů a výsledky ukazují, že se osoby z pohledu klasické teorie očekávaného užitku chovají neracionálně. V práci byla uvedena řada příkladů takového chování. V závěru byla provedena analýza získaných výsledků a posouzení omezení vyplývajících ze současné situace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with experimental studies of managerial decision making. The aim of the thesis was to design our own experiment according to the model of experiments described in the literature, to carry it out on a group of experiment subjects and to evaluate its results or to compare them with the results described in the literature. During the solution of these tasks, the goal was – due to the pandemic situation in the Czech Republic – limited to experiments that could be carried out using a web application. The survey was based on the issues of decision-making under risk and uncertainty. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey of 79 respondents and the results show that people behave irrationally from the point of view of the classic expected utility theory. A number of examples of such behaviour was given in the thesis. To conclude, an analysis of the results obtained and an assessment of the limitations arising from the current situation were carried out. |
