| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na obchodní a investiční vztahy mezi Francií a USA. Cílem je prozkoumat obchodní vztahy a vyhodnotit vývoj vzájemných přímých zahraničních investic mezi Francií a USA v období 2009-2019. První kapitola je literární rešerší, kde se zabývám třemi výzkumy podobného tématu. Druhá kapitola slouží k seznámení čtenáře s oběma zeměmi z obecného i ekonomického hlediska. Třetí kapitola se věnuje spolupráci v rámci institucí a dále třem analýzám: obchod se zbožím a službami, analýza vzájemných přímých investic a PEST analýza. V PEST analýze hodnotím vliv determinantů na vývoj přílivu investic, který také vyhodnocuji podle korelační analýzy. Poslední kapitola je celkovým zhodnocením investičního prostředí v SWOT analýze a zmiňuji zde rovněž vybrané atraktivní oblasti pro investiční spolupráci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on trade and investment relations between France and the USA. The aim is to examine trade relations and evaluate the development of mutual foreign direct investment between France and the USA in the period 2009-2019. The first chapter is a literature review, where I describe three research on a similar topic. The second chapter serves to acquaint the reader with both countries from a general and economic point of view. The third chapter deals with cooperation within institutions and three analyses: trade in goods and services, mutual foreign direct investment analysis and PEST analysis. In the PEST analysis, I evaluate the influence of determinants on the development of investment inflows, which I also evaluate according to the correlation analysis. The last chapter is the overall assessment of the investment environment in the SWOT analysis, and I also mention selected attractive areas for investment cooperation. |
