| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem diplomové práce jsou charakteristiky firmy implementující kolaborativní roboty. Cílem je tak určit vlastnosti firmy, které mohou pozitivně, nebo negativně ovlivnit snahu firmy o implementaci těchto robotů. Kolaborativní roboti jsou v současnosti velkým trendem v oblasti průmyslové výroby a vystupují jako součást čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. Teoretická část práce je věnována především vlivům, které může mít na firmu průmysl 4.0 jako celek, jeho jednotlivým součástem a současné situaci v České republice. Další část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům robotiky jako takové, porovnání mezi průmyslovými a kolaborativními roboty, zmapování situace na trhu kolaborativních robotů v České republice a potenciálním vlivům, které tyto roboti mohou mít na firmu. Výzkum v poslední části práce je prováděn formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci průmyslu, kteří se profesně setkali s kolaborativními roboty. Hlavní důraz je kladen na motivace a zkušenosti, které respondenti mají s kolaborativními roboty. V závěru práce jsou pak vyjmenovány jednotlivé charakteristiky, které mohou pomoci firmám rozhodnout o implementaci kolaborativních robotů. |

| Abstract: | The main theme of the diploma thesis are the characteristics of a company implementing collaborative robots. The goal of the thesis is to determine the characteristics which can positively or negatively impact a company’s attempt to implement said robots. Collaborative robots are now a considerable trend in manufacturing and are a part of the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated mainly to the influences of industry 4.0 on a company, it´s individual components and the current situation in the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis discusses the theoretical framework of robotics, compares collaborative and industrial robots, maps the current market of collaborative robots in the Czech Republic and analyses the potential impacts of implementing collaborative robots for a company. The research in the last part is carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with industry representatives who, in their professional lives, have met with collaborative robots. The main emphasis is put on their motivations and experiences with collaborative robots. In the conclusion concrete characteristics that can help companies determine whether to invest in cobots are listed. |
