| Abstract: | V dnešní době se klade stále větší důraz na zdravý životní styl. Trh v této oblasti stále roste a nabízí mnoho podnikatelských příležitostí. Společnost F45 Training je franšíza původem z Austrálie, která nabízí svým klientům funkční kruhové tréninky. Franšíza byla založena v roce 2012 a zažila velmi rychlý růst, kdy do roku 2020 měla otevřených přes 2000 poboček ve více jak padesáti zemích světa. Avšak dosud jediná pobočka v České republice byla otevřena v Praze v roce 2018 a zatím není v plánu otevření další pobočky. Tato práce cílí na identifikaci faktorů pomalého růstu franšízy v České republice, přičemž zjištění mohou reflektovat situaci i v jiných zemích Evropy. |

| Abstract: | Today, there is an increasing emphasis on a healthy lifestyle. The market in this area is still growing and offers many business opportunities. F45 Training is a franchise originating in Australia, which offers its clients functional circuit training. The franchise was founded in 2012 and has experienced a very rapid growth, with over 2,000 branches open in more than fifty countries by 2020. However, so far the only branch in the Czech Republic was opened in Prague in 2018 and there are no plans of opening another branch yet. This work aims to identify the factors of slow growth of the franchise in the Czech Republic, while the findings may also reflect the situation in other European countries. |
